Reservation Information & General Conditions

For complete information, please refer to the terms and conditions of the passage ticket, available from any Golden Star Cruises Office.

Reservations

A deposit of 25% of the cruise fare must be received by Golden Star Cruises no later than 14 days after reserving the cabin. No reservation is considered firm until such deposit is received. Final payment is due 30 days prior to sailing date.

Cruise Cancellation or Alteration of Itinerary

Golden Star Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise(s) without notice. In which case cruise fare will be refunded. The Company also reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any cruise to substitute one ship for another of similar standing if for any reason this becomes necessary or desirable,in which case no refund is due to the passenger unless justified by the types 0f new accommodation offered.

Passenger Cancellations & Refunds

The company must be notified of passenger cancellation in writing more than 45 days prior to departure in order for the deposit to be refunded. If the Company is notified of passenger cancellation within 45 days of departure, the following cancellation fees apply:

45 — 31 days 25% cancellation fees applied

30— 15 days: 50% cancellation fees applied

14—7 days: 75% cancellation fees applied

Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fees applied

In all cases of refund, the amount will reflect any expenses incurred by the Company, including all penalties. Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 60 days after cruise departure date. Refunds may only be obtained from the ticket-issuing office or travel agent. Health Requirements & Medical Facilities

It is required for passengers with medical condition(s) who require special treatment and/or medicines to consult their personal physician before travelling, to bring a supply of medicine and a copy of their prescriptions, and to inform the ship’s doctor short after embarkation. The Company retains the right to refuse embarkation to any pregnant women beyond the 6th month of pregnancy or to any person with such physical or mental disabilities that may constitute a danger to themselves or to other passengers.

Liability & Insurance

The responsibilities of Golden Star Cruises, Piraeus, Greece, as operators of the M/V Aegean I are limited to the terms and conditions of the passage ticket issued by the Company, available for inspection upon request.

Registry

The M/V Aegean I is of Greek Registry and meets with all applicable international regulations.
